Great location, but there is one male employee at the drive through that should not be in customer service. Very abrupt. Never smiles. Never asks how you are doing or responds when asked how he is doing. He yells into the speaker the price. Get to pay the window, he yells it again and slaps, yes, slaps the change into your palm. The food is mostly fresh when I order, (roughly 70-75% of the time). Is it accurate? (about 20% of the time). For starters, if you order any kind of Bagel sandwich that COMES with BREAKFAST SAUCE, yet NEVER makes it on to a sandwich at this location. I've addressed this directly with staff and had it fixed ONE TIME. After ordering it about 10x even REQUESTING EXTRA SAUCE (about .89 cents extra) , it still comes DRIER than a Popeyes biscuit. This location is really hit-or-miss on both food quality and service. Sometimes I swing through on my way home from work and everything is smooth and friendly and made correctly, and sometimes it's slow and every car has to pull into a space to wait and then sauces are missing and the burgers are falling apart.But it's cheaper than the one over by the mall - that one has started upcharging for pickles and mayo ? At least this one isn't doing that.
