usually come here for lunch just to grab a quick bite the customer service is great If you are referring to the employees making the food and taking your order unfortunately The leader ship as far as the owner or their boss is under dressed with his arms crossed right in front of the register as you enter, no welcoming or greeting is given to the customers as they walk in and I waited until someone from the back came to greet me and take my order while he was just staring at me...read full review

I tried the online pickup option earlier this week. My fear was that the quality would not be as good; not as much care would go in to making the sandwich since I was not physically there watching it be made. Quite the opposite! The quality of the sandwich was GREAT! I was in and out in about 30 seconds and my entire lunch break took less than 30 minutes. The sandwich was delicious too! I will be using the online ordering tool much more often! Thanks Subway!
