I have driven past this place hundreds of times since I started work in Manassas, but never took the time to stop in. Today I decided to try it out for lunch. The place had a few customers, but the waitress was attentive, polite and didn't make me wait long. As a NJ native I tried to order a pork roll & cheese sandwich, the person taking the call was unfamiliar with the request so I even gave a try asking for Taylor Ham, but to no avail. I ended up just getting a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich that was tasty. I wish the portion was a bit larger, but I think I'm spoiled by the portion size they serve back home. What the diner lacks in modern aesthetics, it makes up for in great food! Wendy (waitress) who has been there 23 years - was great! Fast service, everything came out hot and perfect!
