I've gone to this place since I was a kid. The original owners I think are gone. But their pizza is still here! Definitely a old diner feel. With pizza and fries what could be better!
I would like to start off by saying Elizabeth's Pizza has always been one of my favorite pizza places!! The pizza was good and hot I just was not crazy about the type of white cheese that was all over the top of it it just didn't seem like your average mozzarella cheese, not bad but not to my liking one other thing the crust seemed to be a little thicker than it used to be. I had no idea there is an Elizabeth's in Collinsville. Had lunch with a friend. Pizza was fantastic. Service is awesome. Very nice employees and service. I love this place. Very quaint and has a nice, relaxing atmosphere. It is a true pizza shop. Just like the old times.
