Stopped in at Skips for lunch. Definitely a small locals type place, but food was good, prices were reasonable, staff was friendly, and service was great! Had that hometown feel to it.
Felt like a nice local greasy spoon. The service was good. The food was breakfast without any frills. The place was clean and looked well kept. I will definitely eat here again should I be in the area again. I’m not giving 5 stars only because it was my first visit. If this had been my second or third visit they would have earned 5 stars across the board.

We've come here a few times - mostly breakfast until today when we had lunch. My husband really enjoyed the meatloaf (which is rare because he doesn't like most restaurants meatloaf ). Great atmosphere, the staff really cares. All the food has been terrific. Definitely go check this place out when you're in town!
