This Panera has gone down hill. Every single table needed cleaning. The floor was covered in food. Bathroom gross, trashcan full. Worst part paying $41 for 2 people to eat lunch. I can’t rate service because you use a self serve kiosk and get a text when the food is ready. Where is the service in that? Of course there was still a tip option at check out.
Ate lunch with my husband and 3 year old son on 11/4/23 at 11am, and sat at the table by the patio door (so we had a view of outside such as the patio.)Just one man was out there with a panera cup smoking a cigarette (I didn't know the man was smoking until the manager came out to say something).I heard her politely tell the man he couldn't smoke on the patio so the man walks to the first parking spot to smoke his cigarette, but the manger informs him that's still Panera property...read full review

Went to Panera to get a bagel they're sold out of every kind of bagel except chocolate chip. Not first occurrence. I thought, a bagel shop that's out of bagels, so I went to Wawa. Sure enough, they have bagels hot and ready. Buttered, sour cream, whatever you want.
