Finally went out for my birthday dinner. We just moved to Mechanicsville over the weekend, my birthday was Saturday but we were not able to visit the restaurant over the weekend. Today we did and I'm so happy we did. The food was above and beyond our expectations, my husband could not stop dancing with every bite of his Steak a la Mexican because it was exactly the correct spicy to it. Introduced to Rico's on Sunday by BFF Jasmine, and the food was great! I could have made a meal on the Chips & Salsa, Chorizo Dip (outstanding!) and Blue Margaritas alone, but could not leave without trying the Nacho Supreme and so glad I didn't. I will return.
