I actually bought subs from the Subway/Auntie Anne's combo that they have located at12200 Chattanooga Plaza, Midlothian, VA. The staff is young, but attentive and made sure that my order was correct. I noticed the pretzels and think on the next visit I might try one. Nice place!
Poor Service , Unprofessional manager. I ordered using online app since it says purchase online get one free pretzel with your order. Since manager didn't know how to use coupon. He decided he didn't have to accept any coupon he didn't want to. I was upset with their service and form that Tim handled the situation. He proceeded to call security when he was the wrong and told me he told them to be nice since I had my son present. Poor Service , Horrible manager
