You watch the shows on TV... food channels, home channels, even one science channel...BBQ cooking... restaurants to visit etc. Ribs... chicken...and the star, the main focus: BRISKET! We have been on a search for the best bbq in Richmond, and I think we may have found it at Mission. Although there seems to have been some subtle changes like the bread and mac and cheese, since we started going here, this place is still great on a couple of different levels. First the staff is always friendly and efficient. They answer any questions you have, keep the building clean, look like they enjoy their job, and they get your food out quick and fresh. My wife and i ate there about 30mts ago, 1st time and won't be the last.Young lady ( I'm terrible with names) at the register was very helpful and patient, the lady in the dining room kept the place in tip-top shape, we had a minor issue and the manager jumped in right away and was very professional.We'll be back for sure.
