I was very impressed with kfc on Warwick blvd Newport news va. Usually I notice on Monday nights restaurants are slow and they often give you food that has been sitting under the lights. The food was still hot and fresh tasting.
Despite the unprofessionalism that Niecey (the gm) displays and lack of training provided, especially to the youth employees the owner Tim is very upfront and involved. Not only did he contact me immediately he asked questions showing he actually gives a hoot about how his store is being operatedIt was also very inspiring to hear he started as a supervisor with another company before owning and operating his own stores ☺️
