The worst customer service EVER!!!!!! I went there as I work in the mall I noticed that the employees there the Korean ppl that work there pretty much all the time got upset with me because I asked them to washed there hands before preparing my food, they stick the napkin on top of ur OPEN FOOD AFTER FIXING UR FOOD (without washing their hands) The guy that was working that day refuse service issue me a refund. I absolutely love this place. I've been coming here for about 9 years since I moved up here from North Carolina. They're just like the pretzels they have at the Pretzel Twister we had back home in NC. I won't order a pretzel from anywhere else. These are sooo GOOD! Thumbs up on the lemonade too. Love you guys.
