The greatest culinary mystery of Hampton Roads is how Taste makes their multi-grain bread taste so good! Plenty of crunchy crust, pillowy soft interior, thick enough to where it holds up the sandwich ingredients, but not too thick to where it overwhelms the other ingredients. My go to's are the Beach Club (roast beef instead of ham) and the Northender (Swiss cheese instead of Havarti and house dressing instead of basil mayo). All the Food we ordered was very tasty.Sometimes you may be looking for something different and not sure of what you want.This may be the place for You.We will return for something new .

We stopped at TASTE while on a road trip. We had ordered ahead and the food was waiting in a clearly marked pickup area. We had the Thai wrap, spiced chickpea salad, Thai pasta salad, and the Virginian. The two sides were sooo good. The thai pasta salad was flavorful and the veggies were crisp. The thai wrap had a lot of veggies in it too and was a great light lunch. The inside of TASTE had a ton of seating options to choose from and displays of local products!
