As I was standing in line today to order, I saw an employee changing out the lemonade containers. I quickly changed my mind about ordering anything when the employee put her bare hands (no gloves) down INSIDE the lemonade container. ? I will not be going back to this location.
The last three times I have ordered here they have screwed up my order. I love auntie Anne's and go to the NEX location extremely regularly but this location is abysmal. The first time, I ordered from them through grubhub. They gave me a medium lemonade when I ordered a large, and completely missed one of my two dipping sauces. I CAME TO THIS AUNTIE ANNES THIS MORNING AND I WANTED THE HOT DOG MINI PRETZELS. THE LADY TOLD ME A DIFFERENT PRICE THAN WHATS ON THE MONITOR. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER & HE CAME THERE WITH AN ATTITUDE & TURNED THE REGISTER MONITOR AROUND SO HARD & FAST THAT IT HIT ME. I WORK WAY TOO HARD TO SPEND MY MONEY AT A PLACE WHERE IM NOT RESPECTED. IM NEVER COMING BACK!
