I come to this dunkin everyday. They remember my order and I don't wait long. MS. Wade and her team do an outstanding job and I refuse to go to any other dunkin in VA because they provide the best customer service. It's been 2 years of ne getting my coffee everyday from this location and I clinch my pearls when I got to the other locations. They are the best and thank you for jump starting my day with fast and friendly service.
I frequently visit DDs and this site gas shut down there restrooms to the public. This doesn't make sense as they only have walk in services available. That's extremely inconvenient and unprofessional to their patrons.The turkey sausage, egg and cheese wrap was hard. The hashbrowns were also cooked too long. I was working and didn't have time to replace them so this was very Disappointing.

No drive-through and no coffee grounds to purchase inside, just a walk in coffee shop. The customer service was great and fast, and it all tasted as expected! Not a bad place, just don't expect a drive-through or any grounds to buy inside.
