Amazing vegetarian options! I don’t know why people are complaining, but Norfolk is a city that complains about anything. If you want some really good Chinese food, especially vegetarian this is your place!
Some of the best Chinese food in all of Tidewater comes out of this small hole-in-the-wall kitchen!!! I think we've tried 80-90% of their dishes and loved everyone of them. You can go other places and spend more, but you can't find better than Golden Fortune.
