I don’t recommend coming to this location during a lunch break or if you have a tight schedule. I Usually grab breakfast here it’s decent , sometimes they’re out but no major complaints. Today I stopped by for lunch the staffing was short. Waited more than 20 min. Came in from the drive through asking for a refund because I was out of time. staffing wasn’t able to do one because of the back up. When I finally received my refund the staff seemed polite but it took a while.

Every single time I come to this place I have to wait 10+ minutes on simple food like cheeseburgers and fries. They're rude and the store is always gross. If you go to the drive thru you have to pay for your food them immediately pulled off to the side to park n wait forever for them to bring out food. I won't go back here again, I don't get long for lunch and wasting half my break waiting on my food is ridiculous

This Hardee's here is slow as hell! They take ALLLLLL day for nothing....the people are nice but they definitely have no sense of urgency but the food do be good hot and fresh...avoid this place if u don't have 22 minutes to wait for one combo...thank me later Babies ?

Ordered a country fried steak biscuit using the drive thru this morning. The hash browns weren't cooked all the way thru and after taking one bite off the biscuit I almost threw up. I ended up spitting out the bite I had in my mouth and it's a good thing I did because I looked at the biscuit and it was raw and not cooked. I do not recommend this place at all for any reason.
11/28/23The biscuits were strange. They were shaped funny. Had a beacon egg and cheese, and a ham biscuit. Tasted good though.

Management was rude. When I got home and saw my order was wrong I brought it back. She threw my correct food in my old bag like I did something wrong. I'll never come back. A bunch of panhandlers hang there too at the door.

I ordered a biscuit and gravy combo with the orange juice qnd two cinnamon raisin biscuits. Why did the chick working at the counter tell the cook to put extra icing on my cinnamon raisin biscuits??? I NEVER ASKED FOR EXTRA ICING.
