I travel to Norfolk frequently and have added this as my must-visit place every time I'm here. The owner, Kathy, and server, Phillip, were so friendly and inviting. It felt like having dinner at a friend's house, if that friend is an amazing chef with a house that has so much character and charm. Of course, the food was delicious!
I am allergic to shellfish….but “man o man” the fish( 3 pcs Black Sea bass) n chips is exquisite not greasy….the homemade beer batter on the fish is perfecto…and it’s beautifully plated with an IPA ON TAP(my new fav AleWorks to top was satisfying. I really enjoy my time there. It’s worth every dollar ?…??. Let me not forget the “ live acoustic band” nice and smooth and funky!

Fish and chips was light and crunchy. Delicious.Seafood platter was big enough for two, tea was fresh and obviously not Lipton. The owner was amazingly attentive and a joy to talk to. She genuinely cares to see that you enjoy the food, and takes obvious pride in her menu. I’ve been twice now, and I’ll be back.
