I got this cute little mangonada cup from Emart in the freezer section next to the check out. I was so excited to see it. Got home. Cracked it open. Made it halfway through and found this weird plastic thing stuck down in it. Totally bummed me out. Do better.

I recently came to shop here. A lady served me and she served me in a bad mood. I think it bothers her that children come and you are supposed to visit an ice cream parlor with your children. Other times I have come and they treat me well but every time I come that lady is in a bad mood.

Terrible customer service the slowest women in Richmond to serve something that is already ready. They only care about charging you, they don't have a bathroom for customers even though many children love to go there. My niece, who is a 9-year-old girl, asked the worker to use the emergency bathroom, the one that only they are supposed to use, and she didn't want to do the favor. I found it so unpleasant that I said no. But it's not the cats to blame, it's the hyenas.

Omg this place is incredible, I visited this place with my children and my husband and the children ask me to return with them. They have the best flavors of ice cream and the super good attention to my children. They treated them super well. I recommend them 100%.
