This was my first time eating here, so this review is based on my first impressions. My parents live at the lake and recommended it. The restaurant is nice enough. Nothing fancy, but cozy and local, the way it should be, in my opinion. Waiter was nice and attentive. We ordered nachos for two and a couple of drinks. I've gone to this restaurant a handful of times, mostly out of convenience. We are from Texas, so it's been hard to find comparable Mexican food in this area. The staff is attentive and friendly each time I've gone. The food is alright and the prices are good. If you're in a pinch I'd recommend this restaurant. If you have the time to drive to Charlottesville, I'd recommend Plaza Azteca as a better alternative.

The food was delicious! This is one of our new favorite places to go. Also, another customer paid for our meal, so we really want to say thank you to that person or those people. We are definitely going to pay it forward!
