This was our first time here as we passed through town on I-85 headed north. Both of us agree this was great soul food eating. From the smothered liver to the strawberry cake and everything in between, the food was really good. It was served piping hot and had lots of flavor and seasoned just right! Super helpful staff and amazing host! Ernestine's table was such a great place to visit. It is located, not too far from a local church in Petersburg, and the place is a little hard to find. Let me tell you. I wasted no time devouring that plate. Didn’t even take any pics. ? Not sure if the lady at the counter is the owner, but she was the sweetest person ever. I definitely will be back and my back definitely will be bigger.Parking: A parking lot across the street is accessible
