Just a wonderful place. The soul food was outstanding we enjoyed fried chicken, smothered pork chops, Mac n cheese, greens, fries and black eyed peas. Everything was delicious. True family restaurant Ms. B sat down with us on her way out and introduced her grand babies which were the two young men that greeted us, rung up our order and served us. Ms. B's is a pretty small soul food eatery in Inglewood, near the Forum, a concert venue. It is a great place to stop before a show. The service is friendly and fast. They know the menu well and are happy to help you out. We love their corn bread and mac and cheese. They also have a wonderful smothered pork. Their candied sweet potatoes are great. Since the owner is from Mississippi I expected goodness as my grandparents are from Mississippi and I have grown to appreciate a good home cooked meal. I went after flying into LA about 3 pm and wanted an early dinner I knew would satisfy me. It started with the cornbread muffins which were hot and had small pieces of corn in them. they tasted good with the butter. The smothered chicken was really good.
