I ordered on the app. I was second in line in the drive thru when I showed up. I sat for 5+ mins. It was late at night, and the food was probably getting made fresh. Sure. But they gave me the wrong order. I ordered 2 craving boxes, and the bag had a nacho bell grande in it. It took 2 mins for them to even notice I was still at the window. The music was so loud I seriously was getting irritated and I was in a good mood. Had a great day at work. Just needed to eat something. I don't know why music needs to be that loud. It was just terrible. But food was great. Service was very good. It was very clean. Fast and friendly. This particular visit was horrible. The wait time was ridiculous. 45 mins for 2 tacos. The manager was stressed way beyond belief. The one employee that asked me what I had ordered had attitude.
