“Cannot recommend enough! This shop is BEAUTIFUL. If you're a plant guru than you will be so pleased with the ambiance. I went the other day for my first time and the staff were sooo sweet. I believe there were new hires being trained and the trainer was so patient and kind with them. I didn't get to try and pastries which I was bummed about but the food sounded great. I got a white chocolate iced coffee that was delish. I will most definitely be back!”

“We ordered takeout. Cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza. And don’t forget the wings. First impression was unimpressive. The crust looked funnny, similar to the crust used in Lou Malnatti’s deep dish but it was soft. I would have liked it to have been crispy. Actually, it was the next day when I heated it up in the toaster oven. While I was thrown off by the different crust? I actually really liked it. It had a nice texture and flavor. The cheese was very good as well and the sauce was good.The same thing happened to the wings. I was told they were breaded and deep fried and they weren’t tossed in any sauce; the only sauce options were Blue Cheese and Ranch—dipping sauces. Not my usual preference but I thought I’d give it a shot. Surprisingly the wings were quite good. They were massive, like the chickens were taking ‘roids or something.It was better than I thought it would be and it tasted better than it looked. Look forward to trying the sandwiches next.”

“I've been here a handful of times. Food is always great. They're not stingy either. You get more than what you pay for, and the prices are already reasonable. Great service, and I like the vibe with the 60's product and music decor.”

“Excellent food, excellent service by "Justin", and great atmosphere with lots of TV's with different sports. Full bar that accommodates quite a few patrons. Justin was running the show from resetting the TV's with all the streaming services, sports games, busing tables. pouring drinks, taking orders, delivering drinks, food, utensils, and checking back with us and other customers in a timely manner. It was our first time eating in, as we usually pick up our orders and go home. It is a breath of fresh air to have the wonderful customer service that Justin provided. We will definitely go back and eat at the restaurant!”

“The burgers are delicious and they have the friendliest, attentive, and most honest staff ever! I had a Hazy IPA and the Mediterranean burger with the cucumber salad. I left my credit card overnight and didn’t realize it until late the next evening. I stopped by and they had it, no extra charges, and such sweet staff!”

“Stopped here after church and it was busy but we got seated right away. Food was good and atmosphere was nice. It seems a little pricey at first but then you get a generous portion of food. We had the fish and chips, brunch Benedict, rodeo burger and BLT. All great dishes but my favorite was the onion rings!”

“We really enjoyed our dinner at Chiri's Latin Kitchen!!! My kids got the carne asada and picadillo tacos and absolutely loved them both! The salsa was yummy and super fresh tasting! My husband and I shared the special and we all left with happy bellies! The wait staff was very friendly and all took turns checking on the tables. The owner even came by to see how we were enjoying our meals! Defiantly- will be coming back!”

“I ordered take away this evening without calling ahead first (unusual for me). It gave me the opportunity to sit and catch up on some correspondence.I listened as the ladies behind the register answered the phones, greeted the constant stream of customers (most of them BY NAME), took payments, passed out to go orders. They did not stop while I was waiting for my order. They were friendly, courteous and seemed genuinely happy to be at work.The food is always amazing, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and the staff are always smiling.”

“When you first walk into El Rancho, it has the typical Mexican decorative flare, with bright colors and walls textured to look like stucco. Depending on the day of the week and time you arrive, you may have to wait, but it's never for very long. (Don't even try to get into the parking lot on the evening of the Poquoson Christmas parade!) Seating is somewhat comfortable. The tables and backs of the booths are painted with beautiful scenes. The chips and salsa are wonderful, but most of the time I have to ask for the white salsa. The wait staff is very friendly, but whatever you need, you should ask for when you order your meal because you may not see the wait staff again for a while. I'm one of those people who likes having both rice and beans, but here you have to order one or the other with your meal. The food is somewhat bland compared to other area restaurants. The fajitas need a bit more flavor. And as far as pricing goes, it's probably just above average for a Mexican restaurant. I don't know how good their alcoholic beverages are because I've never had one.”

“We frequently get take-out subs and salads from the Poquoson Subway. There are great variety of subs that they Subway staff can make for you and you can either eat-in or take-out. Also, most people don't realize that any sub order can also be ordered as a salad that doesn't include the bread. We enjoy the Honey Oat and Wheat buns for our take-out subs. The Subway preparation team are friendly, courteous, and polite. This Subway also has available 4 types of cookies to top-off your meals. The subs provided are filling and delicious.”

“When ordering at the drive thru today at 2pm I was greeted very politely by a gentleman and he even asked if I wanted onions or cheese on my chili. Working in customer service for years I'm greatful that he presented the options to me. When at the window he was still very polite and I noticed super tall which is a great addition to us stubby people . Haha. Just awesome experience today y'all. Great jobPs. “Ok...it's McDonald's. This is my go to place when iI need to burger fix fast. I order my food with the App and I really like using that. I get free food after a while and the two for one specials on the app are awesome. Get and use the App and you will not be disappointed.”

“So, so, so good!! Definitely a hidden gem in the heart of Newport News, VA. I'm vegan and they always have special fridges whipped up in the back for me when I eat there. The drinks are divine and the personable, attentive service is top notch. Just make sure you have a reservation and make it in advance if you want to dine here, you won't be disappointed!!”

“Cups and claws cat cafe is amazing! Great entry prices, snacks and hot and cold beverages. We visited when we first moved to Virginia and the staff were so kind and all of the kitties have such unique personalities! Most of them are adoptable and looking for furrever homes. We fell in love with a cat named Mama and adopted her! The adoption process was thorough but easy and the cafe was very flexible. I highly recommend going but be careful because you might fall in love.”

“My wife found this place we tried it and absolutely love the service here. We go back weekly for their brown sugar fresh milk and fill it with tapioca pearls. Our kids enjoy the strawberry fresh milk with ice cream and our daughter tried the egg waffle with ice cream and it was delicious. The food is really good, the owners are nice and attentive and leave you feeling like you're more than just a customer. The food here, just like top chef's only the best ' mad genius in the kitchen " , the most flavorful dishes.
