I've always loved Arby's. Service is good, but this place has started skimping on the serving sizes. Bought two Beef and Cheddar classic meals. There was more bun than meat, not much cheese, and the fry box was only half
We ordered that new chkn ranch curly frie and waited over 5 minutes with no one in front of us. They finally gave us our food, and instead of curly fries, we had crinkled fries. Luckily, we haven't left the parking lot yet. My bf took it back inside the manager look aggravated and tossed them in the trash.

Following the rest of the reviews, I can’t get a correct order after the third try. All I ask for is no tomato on my ham and turkey club, not only is the tomato still on the sandwich but it’s not even cut in half. My initial option they didn’t even have the meat for it, so much for their slogan. Zero effort to hear the customer, I’m done with this place.
