A friend and myself were out holiday shopping. We are from Hampton but had been over in Portsmouth most the afternoon. Decided to find a spot to have Mexican for dinner. We found Los Amigos. Walked in and there were only a couple people there and I wondered how good could this place really be, right? Let me tell you, our dinner and service were outstanding. They were not busy when we arrived at 130pm, to be expected. The food was absolutely delicious. Los Amigos Especial was full of shrimp, chicken, and scallops. The rice was very tasty and an ample amount of vegetables we will definitely be returning.
