“I just had super fresh sushi at this restaurant. I usually hesitate to get sushi from someplace that isn’t specifically a sushi restaurant but I had the Bento box and everything was fresh and delicious. The service was spot on. The bathroom was spotless. Great food, great atmosphere.“

“Located in the plaza off Militry Highway by Battlefield Blvd. Cozy and welcoming inside. Had dinner on a Monday night, but also have dined there on a weekend. Service is always superb; very friendly. Appetizers do not disappoint. Try the coconut soup! A small is big enough to share. Chose the chef's specials on recommendation of another review. Highly recommend them. Had the salmon curry. Wife had Hot Pan Lard Na. Finished with black sticky rice pudding. If you like coconut, it's in there. The black sticky rice gives the dish a slightly nutty texture. Nice place to go and relax.“

“My first time having Thai food and was I impressed. Our server was very polite and humorous. I can't say what I had to eat ( I didn't know what anything was) but it was outstanding. Their Thai iced coffee was a treat unto itself. The establishment was very clean and the decor was top notch. I will be returning there in the very near future.“
“We were visiting the Virginia Beach area and did not really know what to expect from this restaurant. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by the host and quickly seated. We came in at an off hour so it was not too crowded.The facility appear to be very clean and well kept. The decor was inviting. They rapidly provided us with water and gave us a few minutes to peruse The Fairly extensive menu. We decided on the pad thai and the green curry. We also decided on the appetizer combo.I ordered a Thai beer which they brought out with a chilled can and a Frosted Mug which was a nice touch.The appetizers were delicious. They were crisp when they were supposed to be crisp they were full and succulent when they were supposed to be that way and every single item was full of flavor. The entrées themselves soon followed and were quite large. We had underestimated how large the serving sizes would be.The Pad Thai was tasty and not overly sweet or salty. It was perfectly seasoned in my opinion and we had requested hot which was appropriate level of spiciness for us.The green curry was similarly and very delicious and well seasoned period I'm going to Thai places seem to overdo it but this one was well done and full of flavor yet not hitting you over the head with it. Again the portions were large and we ended up taking at least half of both items home because we were so full.When we did eat the doggy bag portions at home 2 days later, both items were just as tasty. Highly I highly recommend this place as you will get excellent service and delicious food.“

“My travels today took me to Mikado Japanese and Thai restaurant for lunch. I ordered the Hibachi Salmon and was not disappointed! The salmon flaked easily with a fork, and coated with a yummy glaze. The veggieswere crisp/tender; cooked to perfection. I particularly liked the miso soup and bits of seaweed on the bottom. The short-grained Japanese rice was fluffy, delicious, and peppered, with bits of egg included!❤️ I highly recommend!“
“Ordered out 2 times. Both times the food was delicious and well spiced (I enjoy that but there's options to avoid that when ordering if you don't). Ordered the spring rolls, a curry and drunken noodles. Spring rolls are crispy, portions are large and plenty of the protein choice added to the dishes too. This is now our go to Thai restaurant in Norfolk.Vegetarian options: Protein offered for entree dishes includes tofu and veggies.“
“This was my first time here, and I will be adding it to my list of favs in the area. I had the Massaman curry and it was delicious, and tasted very authentic. My friend had the green curry and it was just as flavorful and filling. Absolutely worth a visit if you like Thai food and haven't tried this place yet.“
“This place is a nice little find tucked away in a strip mall. I ordered the General Thai Chicken with a level 4 spice wanting it to be Thai spicy. The meal was great, though not really spicy, maybe just enough to have a spicy aftertaste. I also tasted a friend’s vegetable egg roll which was delicious. I capped off the meal with an order of fried bananas, a must order if you visit. The bananas were rolled like an egg roll and perfectly balanced with taste to end a great meal.Parking: Plenty of parking in a huge lot.“
“We chose to trust the “hidden gem” reviews and give this place a try. We are so glad we did! Truly some of the best food we’ve had since moving to the area. We’ve tried a few other local recommendations and this was our first Thai restaurant to try out and they did not disappoint. I normally don’t like pad Thai but I tried my husbands and it was amazing, my Tom ka was the best I’ve had in a long time. We look forward to coming back!“
“It is dinner in Moms kitchen, literally. They make you feel welcome. This was my introduction into Thai. I ordered the Pad See Ew and a Thai coffee. Both were very delicious! I was so happy I ordered crab rangoon, crispy tofu, and Thai dumplings to go, for my son. All came with a select dipping sauce. He said they were all good. Personally, I think fried foods are best eaten dine in. Definitely will be back to try a chicken entree.“
