The food was hot and fresh! I had a special request and the food was prepared exactly as ordered. However, I was disappointed that we did not receive a receipt and was missing an item from our bag and had to turn around after going halfway out the way. I did not like that as we were speaking trying to place our order we were interrupted numerous times with questions about the order before we even got to the step. I'm always on the road all day long so fast food is generally my go to. The person who took my order came through crisp, clear, and professional at the drive vthru. This is rare. Normally I struggle to hear what is being said. I was given ny food with a smile. Hot, quick, and good. Outstanding
