Went in Mid Day on Friday 03/01/2024 to order take out. Ordered an El Dorado That was suppose to come with Shredded Beef, Refired Beans, Guacomle, Roasted Red Peppers, Tomatoes and Onions. Sounds good right? Got home and started my meal. I soon discovered that the ONLY things on the borridto was the tortilla and shredded gound beef iinside and oh right a tablespoon of rice. I went back the next day having just eaten a couple of bites. I asked them to make me what was on the menu. Again to take out. When it came I looked inside the package and did not see refried beans the bartender told me that it was wrapped up inside. Got home, I recieved the same thing as the day before. A shredded beef borito with nothing else. All for $15 + Tax. I will never eat there again. Absolutly miseerable. Better off at Taco bell. And I had one drink while I waited ice tea and Vodka that was $14.00 as well. Miserable, and the bar tender lied right to my face.

I attended a niche show here and ordered food at the bar and asked if I could bring it into the concert venue. Initially, one bartender said yes, but another, who entered the concert venue, loudly interrupted the show to inform me otherwise, with a what some would say a negative disposition. After the concert; my food, which had been sitting open on the bar for over two hours, was presented to me.i politely declined and requested a refund due to the extended exposure of the food, empanadas, and taquitos, making it potentially unservable in most restaurants. Despite resistance, I declined a remake due to my long drive. Five days later, I called for a refund update. The phone staff were initially professional, but an unmuted conversation revealed obscenities and inappropriate conversations to say the least. Ken eventually assisted, noting the refund might take up to 5 days. I await the refund, disappointed in the customer service and food handling but appreciative of the venue's beauty and intimacy for concerts.

You need to have more than 1 bartender/waiter during the afternoon hours to take care of your customers.
I really wanted to like this place. I went about 5:30 and it was a 30 mintue wait. I sat at the bar. Hostess/waitress was ignoring me and so I took a menu and she snapped she would do that. Ok. Sat awhile noone helped me but bartender. Bartender took my order and was kind, helpful. Food was bland and tasted soulless. Nice bartenders and good to see basketball team in there from Longwood. I prop wont be back but kudos again to bartenders! I wanted to thank the owner for the quick reply. I was there 11/11/2023 around 5:30 pm. Maybe I will give another shot and try somethinf else. I can ask for hot sauce!Parking: Very limited parking.

This review is for their music space. While I have not had food here before, I've had friends tell me it's just ok. I came for their Devil's Night Bash! and had a blast. The bouncer at the front took his job really seriously. He was a bit rude to me and my friends. I'm not sure if this is normal, but it was a cash only event. Thankfully I always have cash on me. For my friends who didn't, there was an ATM near the bathrooms.When you enter, there is a full bar. My friends enjoyed ordering PBRs and mixed drinks. The music space is in a separate section to the right. It feels like a patio space, but indoors (especially with booths in the back). It was pretty small so it was made for an intimate show. I loved the set up they had with movies playing in the background. I'd come back for another show at Bandito's.

I visited Banditos during that awkward hour between lunch and dinner, so it wasn't busy at all. The bartenders were super friendly, and helpful! I tried the chips and salsa/queso, and the queso was phenomenal! 10/10 I would definitely order it again. I also ordered the Diablo salad with the roasted red pepper dressing. It was HUGE! This was the first time in my life that I couldn't finish a salad. Huge portion sizes seem to be the norm at this restaurant, so I would recommend splitting your order with someone else. Even then, I think there may be leftovers.
