This is really a bare bones coffee shop. Nice patio area.

Popped in to get a bag of Blanchard's whole beans that was gifted to me run through a grinder. The staff was busy but were able to graciously take care of my request. I was in and out with freshly ground beans plus a hot cup of coffee in under 10 minutes, which on a busy Friday morning is totally reasonable.Parking: Parking is a little tight and tricky to navigate when it's a busy morning.

I've been a patron of Blanchard's for almost 5 years now. Coffee is excellent quality, service is typically super friendly. I was surprised when I bought my wife a holiday gift from Blanchard's, including this mug. We didn't run it through the wash, just hand washed in the sink like the barista said to do, and the artwork/logo started to peel off. I went back in to return it, get a credit or replacement mug but the barista kind of shrugged and said they couldn't help me out. At the very least maybe offer to cover a coffee or two. Thought that was weird -- for the $ we've probably spent there, and introduced dozens of members of our family and friends to the Blanchard's brand near and far -- I was really bummed out. I used to work in the service industry, for big companies like Patagonia and small brick and mortar shops where the customer was always right. The fact that the barista questioned me about this silly little mug (again, $12, kind of steep, but also not a big deal for Blanchard's in the long run) struck me as an odd customer service choice. At the very least, I thought they could swap it out, maybe it was a manufacturing error or something. But I went on my way and have a pretty bland (pardon the pun) yellow mug. I really wanted to rep their brand and get my family a few other things this season. But with little confidence on the quality (again maybe this is totally out of their control, but should be addressed as she mentioned others who bought mugs had the same exact issue and were able to get a replacement ...?). Anyhow, I wont be purchasing any other shop items in the future as I don't feel confident about the quality. As someone who currently works in brand and advertising, this felt like a miss. Best coffee shop in Richmond, but a bit of a gamble on the customer service and product quality.

I life this little coffee shop! Great coffee. They have a vending machine outside to get your beans, as well.

The Banoffee Latte is actually insane. It taste like you’re drinking banana bread. I just know this will be a favorite. I hope they decide to keep it or at least bring it back if it goes away for the new season. Idk how it works. Anyway, I love that they offer decaf espresso drinks as I can’t have full caffeine ❤️

I have been a loyal customer of Blanchard’s Coffee for at least three years, and they have the best coffee in Richmond. Their lattes are smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced, and their beans are roasted to perfection. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. I visit their Broad Street, and Forest Hill locations equally. I always get a great cup of coffee and a warm welcome.

My partner and I stop here as often as we can when we visit family in Richmond! The Forest Hill location is so nice - kind staff, cute interior, and our drinks turn out good too. The chai latte is my fave :)

Very nice place to enjoy a lynch. American and some Mediterranean dishes. Gluten-free options. The General Tso Cauliflower was delicious. Ample parking around

Love coming here and getting a nice vanilla or chai latte. One of my favorite coffee shops in Richmond. Everyone is always so kind and I know I am getting good coffee every time I go.Parking: Can be a bit crowded especially since the parking lot is shared with an apt building, Stella’s Grocery, and Vasen Brewing all right there.
