Really disappointed , ordered specialty burgers with cheese , both came with no cheese. Then gave us one slice of cold cheese on a plate said sorry . Then I stated I believe mine is missing cheese . Basic burgers were OK. Took 45 minutes to fulfill a to-go order. Cost 3x as much as cookout and the fries were cold and soggy.I guess I just wish I went to cookout instead of trying something here.

I heard so much about this place I finally decided to give it a try. I must say I was disappointed. Fries came out first and I was able to finish them before I received my burger. I probably waited 10mins after finishing the fries for the burger to come out. I asked for no mushrooms but they gave them to me anyway and the bun was falling apart.
