“This location is about nine hundred feet north from the border between Chesterfield County and Richmond city, and it suffers from Richmond's steep restaurant tax as a consequence.Food and service was acceptable and typical of a BK. Restaurant appeared clean.“
“Outstanding Customer Service Experience from the Manager! The food here is about what you'd expect - I really like the cheesy tots and the onion rings. It was a stop for those that led to my experience. Somehow, the cashier inadvertently charged me for the food ordered by the car in front of me in the drive-thru line. I didn't discover it until I got home and looked at the receipt. They charged me $30+ for about $5 of food. My wife talked to the manager on the phone, and she looked through the receipt records and verified that my story was true. She said she couldn't refund the amount overcharged to my card, but put the cash in an envelope in the safe with our name on it. I went by yesterday, and after a short explanation (she wasn't in the store at the time), they produced the cash envelope. Just being able to trust them with something like this will make me go back again and again.“
“I’m sooo late writing this but I came in a few weeks ago with 2 females that were EXTRAORDINARY!! Pardon if I’m buthering their name but Cha (pronounced Sh-ah) and another sister with an “S” name (SH pronunciation) literally made my day in the most simplest way: kindness. The way they spoke was giving customer service is top priority and when my order got to me hot and fast it solidified not only their time management but also their work ethic. To give af when you likely don’t get paid enough to care at all is a different kind of special and they were just that.I’ve never received that kind of service at this location before and it went a looong way. Literally into the rest of work week. God bless those two ladies.Next time I’m in the area I’ll be sure to edit my review and accurately give them their flowers because they truly deserved it!“
“I think Burger King is slept on compared to McDonalds and Wendys. Everything tasted awesome, the burgers have that flame-broiled thing going on so that was delightful. Everything in the order was correct (We bought food from the closest McDonalds and Wendys to do a comparison, and this Burger King was the only one to have that be true). They were patient with us when we were a bit weird in the drive-through, which was nice.“
“This is my second or third review on this location. The food was great as was the service, BUT it was not clean behind the counter as I've seen it in the past. They can do better or bring back the old crew. One good point I want to bring to light is there was this lady getting ready to check out for off duty and she saw that I had a question and they were a little busy, so she stopped dead in her tracks after passing through the swinging counter door, turned around and assisted me and completed my request with a smile. She was amazing! Thank you my sister! And yes, I will keep going back.“
“What are the hamburger couldn't sleep it was only like 10:30 in the morning nobody quit selling breakfast when you wanted to anyway Burger King was there haven't been there in a long long time so I got there and I got me some something and it was really good they do have the best burgers seriously though the way they cook their burgers taste like a grilled Burger got to admit that“
“I went through the drive thru and I ask for Ketchup right away. The guy said okay no problem. Then after waiting a few minutes for my order they ask me to pull up to a line and wait and they would bring it out asap. I pulled up and waiting for 5-10 minutes and he came out with my order but just with my food so I ask where my drink was he had to go back for my drink . I got the drink and began to leave. I looked to see if everything was in my bag and they didn't put any Ketchup in the bag so u had to park and go in . It was lunch time so there was a line. I waited patiently for a good 5-10 minutes then I walked up and said excuse me mam but I went through the drive thru and ask for Ketchup with my order but didn't get any. She looked like a manager so I thought she would gladly help since I had already been there for a half hour or more but she looked at me like I did something wrong and was annoying her . Then another employee that was working the cash register grabbed me some Ketchup and gave it to me. The woman I ask first that was clearly dressed like a manager just had a look on her face like she hated her job and did not want to be there which isn't my fault u got a job somewhere u hate working. It was to say the least an aggravating visit for me because it took forever and I was treated badly for asking for Ketchup a second time .“
“A typical Burger King but the people were great!I smelled the burgers cooking and finally found it. Went in and asked them to make my burgers fresh with soft buns. That's just what they gave me. Along with fresh hot onion rings.I don't eat at fast food places much but it was delicious!“
“The most friendly fast food restaurant I have ever been to...ever. every time I go (albeit rarely bc I don't eat fast food), they are super nice and order is always perfect. In a basic burger comparison with mcds across the street, bk won.“
“I have visited many Burger Kings over the years being that it’s one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Honestly I must say never have I come across a young person with so much patient. She is so respectful and always kind and caring. You can here the kindness in her voice when place your order in the drive thru. I wish that I could say that I have experienced the same service at other franchises. I want to thank you for employing such a kind spirit. This young lady goes by the name of Asherie. “I've only ever met 1 rude worker here. The heavy set guy that has his nails done. I specifically ordered a chocolate milk for my daughter's kids meal. When I got to the window the guy handed me the food and walked off quickly, I checked the bag to make sure everything was correct and saw that it had regular milk in it. I tooted my horn a couple times because he kept walking past the window while looking at me. when he finally came back to the window he look annoyed and I asked about the chocolate milk. he replied (with an attitude) that they didn't carry chocolate milk. I stated When I ordered, that wasn't communicated to me. he just gave me a stank look. It was truly uncalled for.“
