The food was good, but the service was okay. Our waitress forgot part of our order. However, all in all it was a good experience. This is a kid friendly establishment! I would suggest the mushroom Swiss burger!
They have really improved the food here since a few years ago. They have good gluten free options and if course a huge beer selection. They also have a good amount of TV's and they'll find your game if you ask, so it's a pretty good place for watching sportsDietary restrictions: Good gluten free options

Amber, Allison, & Brian were absolutely phenomenal!! My boyfriend and I are visiting from Charlotte and had the best time because of these 3! Very personable, attentive, and helpful. I would come back to Richmond just to have these three as my bartenders again. The best thing Carolina Ale House has ever done was hire these three wonderful people on their staff. I guarantee you will get nothing but the best service from this bartending staff!
