I wanted to love this place but it's right in the middle for me. Not too many options for sandwiches but I've had the Brooklyn and Smoked Robinson. I live maybe 15 mins from the location and when to got home to try the Brooklyn it was mostly soggy. I didn't like the combination of flavor for the smoked robinson. Service was fairly quick and easy. There is very limited to no seating so you'll mainly be placing to go orders.

Love this place so much they have amazing vegan options and its soooo good and the tomato soup is home made and you can tell. They also have a lot of bakery items that are vegan and they are bomb. One of my favorite places to go.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and vegan options
Crab bisque had too much salt but overall pleasant experience. Really loved the foccacia and sugar cookie.

only giving a one star because of lack of communication. this place is really nice spot that serves great food but I cannot stand their online ordering service not being updated. just today I had tried to order a sandwich for pick up now when I got there, they told me that they don't open till 12 mind you on their online service website it says that you could order at 11:30. Also remind you that this is not the first time that this has happened to me where I have tried to order something and I get there and they tell me that they're not open and they don't know why that they're online service is showing that they are open. I swear I really do love the food that they have here. However, I feel like the reviews are gonna get low because of the issues that they have with their online services. Also, they need to get better management and more crewmembers because there's always just two people in there and then when you do order and you get there your orders never ready on time.

This is my favorite grilled cheese shop in Richmond! They make great comfort or hangover food. It seems like they use the Kirkland signature (Costco) brand for most of their ingredients, so the quality is good. They have a solid variety of unique sandwiches, & cook them all well. As other reviews stated this is solely a to-go place, so just keep that in mind. I've tried a couple of their sandwiches & never been disappointed. Today I got the Brooklyn, which was basically a pizza grilled cheese, and they gave a generous portion of pepperoni on the sandwich too.

I placed an order 30 mins prior to arriving. For some reason my order needed an approval but was never approved by business. When I got there I waited at the window for awhile until I realized no one’s checking who is here. So I waited for 20 min no joke on my break standing outside for an order that I paid for that never went through and no one checked on me to see what I was waiting on. Also that part of my order they did not have in stock. I understand being short staffed and running a restaurant but communication I feel is the one thing you can control.

The BEST soup and sandwich in Richmond! Excellent service!! I eat here all the time and was very happy to be able to snag some on my break while working an event at the convention center (very short walk). Service was so fast I had time to walk around a bit before my break was over! And brandon remembered my order! Truly a Richmond staple. If I could give 100 stars I would ?Vegetarian options: Almost everything in the store can be made vegan or vegetarian, and they have the only vegan cheese I like!!
This place was one of my absolute favorites, so many delicious sandwiches. They drastically changed their impossible chopped cheese recently and it is awful now. Worse cheese, worse bread, worse spices. My favorite menu item ruined.
