I ordered 2 orders of Double burgers with double Cheese with fries and the cheese bites with a lot of Cajun and they did not give me everything I ordered, the fries were missing and they charged me for an extra drink I only received 2 drinks and they charged for one more drink or there were 3 and They only gave me 2 and the food was very Horrible. All I got was a milkshake, but being from the NE and living where NY's best ice cream is made and sold, I was pretty impressed by the Cook Out shake. It was thick, rich and I got to combine my own flavors. Even the Cook Out dude was like damn, this sounds good. And it was! Grab yo self a shake from Cook Out. Also I hear they do food, shrug.

Staff was pleasant & friendly. I went on a Saturday & from the time i pulled up to the speaker to place my order to getting my food was less than 5 minutes. My food was hot, prepared & packaged neatly with all the condiments that i requested.
