Called the manager Nicholas before I went about some concerns, and he took care of me.I had called the Belvedere Square 1st because it was a party of 8. The manager there said he could not accommodate me. Don't want to say here what my request was.

While everything we've tried here is top notch, the Philly cheese steak egg rolls are a masterpiece! They may be on the appetizer menu, but my wife and I will each get an order of them as our entrée. My wife likes them with the included Thai sauce, and I think they're great plain or dipped in the lobster spinach queso. We haven't bothered looking at the menu again since discovering them.

My husband and I dined here on Thursday, March 14th around lunch time. We sat on the outside patio and I ordered the steak tacos. When my food arrived, the waitress had put in the steak sandwich instead. No big deal- I told her and she apologized and fixed it. However, when I got my bill I was charged the price for the steak sandwich. As I am looking at the bill, our waitress says "oh- they are the same price so I didn't change it." Looking at the menu- they were not the same price and the steak sandwich was more expensive. So she incorrectly placed the wrong order then continues to charge me the wrong price. Although the price difference may seem insignificant- it was the concept of our waitress lying. So with this said- we will not be coming back. Also- the food was extremely overrated. There are better places to dine in Richmond, VA.

Great location and staff were friendly enough. But the service was slower and our server was partially busy and partially not present. We had to ask for utensils. I never was offered or received water. I asked multiple times for box and check and eventually had to ask someone else. I would say the food looked nice and tasted fine. Which is completely unsatisfactory for the price. Steak was flavorless. Would not return.
It was a very nice place; we had a great time our waiter was very friendly and polite. The food was very good; our fries ? were delicious and crunchy and the burgers were delicious and nicely done.

Service was outstanding. Food that we normally order was great! We love Firebirds. My only negative would be that we tried the Caramel Bread Pudding that was featured as a new dessert - the photo was very enticing - but it was not to our liking (the bread pudding part was very dense and dry with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal squares rolled into the ice cream - maybe needed to crush the cereal and then roll the ice cream in the crushed cereal) - anyway we usually get the carrot cake which is OUTSTANDING (best in the area), but instead we opted for the disappointing bread pudding based on the photo. Definitely going back for the carrot cake next time!

We had outstanding service, and the food was good. I'm a little surprised how the prices have gone up substantially. They have a special martini that is $17. After seeing that, we were all afraid to order drinks.!!!!

The service was good and very attentive. We both had Prime Rib. Mine was very good. My husband's had a lot of in edible fat and grizzle. The prime rib at the other location we went to for my birthday was so good he couldn't think of anything else since. The last one we could taste the spices too. I would say mine was a 9 out of 10 because the seasoning wasn't enough around the edges. His maybe a 6 out of 10. The temperature of both of them were perfect!
