This place serves the best chinese food and the best dim sum I have ever had anywhere. Yes, the service is slow, we got lucky and the food came out immediately though. It's just a bit slower to get the box and check (in our experience on a Sunday at 4pm). Combination fried rice was outstanding, as were various items we ordered from the dim sum menu.

We got the shrimp fried rice, Singaporean style noodles, vegetarian pan fried noodles, and the tofu/bok choy special for Lunar New Year. As you can see we had already started digging into the pan fried noodles before I got the photo, it was that good! The food was all perfectly cooked from the tofu, to the veggies, to the shrimp in the fried rice! And this was probably on one of their busier nights too since it was Lunar New Year, so kudos to them there too! I went here a lot with my parents some years ago and this was my first time back in a while and they absolutely did not disappoint!! Just as good, if not better even, than I remembered!! Everything was fairly priced for the large portions that you get, and we all walked out very full and very happy, with plenty of leftovers!! ?

My first visit and definitely not my last. Authentic foods, lots of variety. The service went above and beyond. Lots of food options and huge serving size. They also have two service cart pushed throughout the restaurant.

Amazing beef and broccoli and Singapore noodles. One of the best Chinese restaurants we’ve been to in a long time. It has become our go to place for Chinese food.

Was so excited to eat dim sum with family. Hadn't eaten it in a restaurant for a long time. Although the taste was good, the good was all cold except for a dish we ordered. All the stuff on rolling cart was cold. We got there right when it opened so not sure why. Disappointed is all I can say. Loved the opportunity to visit with my stepson and his girlfriend though, and the overall experience itself was great.

Great Chinese food! Really nice sit down place with friends or family. The steamed dumplings were delicious and the shrimp dumpling soup had a very flavorful broth.

Truly exceptional, I had moo shi pork. Absolutely the freshest ingredients. The vegetables were cooked well, but there was crunch to every bite. The flavors were awesome. I also had the shrimp roll...crispy on the outside and full of tastyshrimp on the inside. All the while I was eating this delicious prepared food, I thought this is family food. I felt honored such care was taken in the seasoning and preparation of the food I was eating.I have passed this restaurant for 40 years and never stopped in until a friend sang its praises. I have been eating sub par ...??? I am not sure of the proper name ?? Food forever. It is not beautiful but the food is and it is clean, the service is as it should be...it is being run like a fine old clock and I enjoyed that as well. Try it I am sure just like me you will add it to one of the places you love, I have.

Authentic Chinese fare including Dim-Sum. Friendly staff - they speak English so communication is not a problem. I make it a point to stop here everytime I pass through Richmond.**** Update 11/26/2023 ****Had dinner here for the first time. For some reason they didn't hand out the Chinese menu and instead gave us the paper, folded, take-out menu which had the usual beef&broccoli type fare. I had to ask for the dim-sum menu. They add ¢50 to all the dimsum items. It took a long time for the food to arrive for 2 of us. We ordered a congee (which isn't in the paper menu) while we waited and thankfully that came in a few minutes ago or hunger didn't kill us.Dropping to 4 stars.

My wife, son and his family had an outstanding meal at Full Kee last night. We shared seafood with mixed vegetables (superb!), beef and Chinese broccoli with pan seared noodles (my wife's favorite), and other dishes. Everything was outstanding. I judge the quality of wok cooked food primarily by how the cooks handle fresh vegetables - are they cooked to just the right crispness while still tender? And is the seafood very fresh and not overcooked? The great Chinese restaurants hit both marks, and Full Kee passed the test! The shrimp in particular were absolutely superb. Many Americans look for Chinese restaurants to be dirt cheap. Not me. I look for value: excellent ingredients, authentic preparations, and a fair price. Full Kee offers great value. My wife and I have visited China and had wonderful food there many times. Full Kee reminds me of those experiences. Highly recommended!
