Biscuits were old, cold and burnt. Ordered a large meal got a medium. Cashier was trying to rush me ordering. Closed order before I finished ordering. Then got the order wrong anyway after having me repeat it! Hi-C was awful. I should have kept my $30. I will go to Ashland location from now on. Never been disappointed there!
Last 2 times Hardee's has had sub par bisquits. Today was no different. They used to have great biscuits. What's different? Recipe should be the same. Ingredients? They too should be the same unless they changed for some stupid reason such as no butter for health reasons. The biscuits aren't baked long enough or too long. What happened?
