Lee's Chicken is one of the best fried chicken there could be and a very friendly family-oriented restaurant you must ride out if you love chicken then Lee's Famous Fried Chicken is the place for you. At the post in this review of few years ago I had a chance to work at least behind the counter at is one of the greatest places to work they are very employee oriented place from the operation manager down to every employee staff there including the owner I enjoy the time that I was there looking forward to probably working their game part time to need be with all that said Lee's famous Chicken gets a rating of five stars from me and only one other restaurant has received five stars from me as far as fried Chicken ? is concerned and that's Popeyes so if you can't find a lease find yourself a Popeye's you can't find Popeyes by yourself please those are five star chicken places

My mom is a huge fan and convinced me to give it a go. The food is amazing. Probably the best fried chicken in Richmond. Their sides are killer, try the potato wedges. And their biscuits are the best I've ever had - the right mix of stability with crumble and perfect the next morning with sausage patties or bacon, egg and cheese. We got it to-go through their drive thru, but it smelled so good, we decided to park and just eat it, right there and then. So yeah... it's freakin' good.

Been eating here since the early 1990s when I lived in Richmond, and make it a point to stop by if i'm anywhere near the city. The Chicken is second to none, the Potato Wedges are amazing and after about 30 years, I have never been in there when the staff wasn't truly friendly, without fail the service has been as consistent as the Chicken is awesome. The only difference now is it's not a secret like it was in the early days.
