EDIT: I usually order at least once a week, on average, from this location. In the last three orders, at least one thing if not several was incorrect. I ordered bagels to be cut in half; they weren't. I ordered cream cheese tubs; they were omitted. Last time, I ordered 18 bagels; I received 12. Best panera around, i love the staff, always working hard, and the GM brain is so kind and helpful. i come here everyday not only for the great food but also cause the customer service is always exceptional ❤️ I LOVE

Food and coffee are great. Some of the employees are wonderful. Now, management is a different story. If you look remotely different, then the typical customer they will watch you the entire time. He will go as far as to follow you in the restroom. I was a paying customer. I don't recommend going unless you look a certain way. What I mean by that is don't look homeless if you can help it.
