I have waited all year long for their fabulous squash soup. I practically skipped into the restaurant in anticipation of this gastronomical gem! They were out of the Squash Soup! I almost cried.
Food is good per Panera bread standards. Customer service was ok. It was clean and is a super busy location. They even had a bin of free snacks (chips, cookies etc) on your way out. I just didn't care for the soliciting right in front of the entry.

The lady behind the counter was gracious. The croissant, even late in the day, was fresh and scrumptious. They were out of light roast, but the dark roast didn't taste burnt. The ambiance is what you would expect. Clean, quiet, generic. I met with my friend, we had a nice game of chess and good conversation. What more can you ask of a chain coffee shop? I'm a devotee of local, but sometimes convenient wins.
