Went to papa johns on W Main St in Richmond, on Thursday I ordered 6 large pizzas, and wings for my daughter's nurses at the Richmond Children's hospital. On Friday I ordered 4 large pizzas, and cheese sticks for my daughter's nurses at The Children’s Hospital. The cheese sticks was for me and my daughter. When I got back to the hospital, I tended to my daughter's needs before we opened our box of cheese sticks just to see it was BREAD STICKS. I called the store to explain that we wanted cheese sticks not bread sticks. THEY WAS VERY NASTY TO ME ON THE PHONE AND SAID "THEY CAN'T REPLACE MY CHEESE STICKS. Over two days I spent over 170.00 at papa johns. This isn't great customer service. I'm already going through it being in the Children's Hospital with my child, and for them to be as nasty as they was after I spent over 170.00 in two days. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS AGAIN. ?

I ordered a papa bowl the other day and they literally added no noodles. Burnt, cheese, chicken and spinach at the bottom. Like seriously?!? On top of that delivery took 2 hrs and the pizza I ordered with it was cold.

female truck driver here ??♀️yea, hey.EXTREMELY unpleasant to say the very least. teller claimed to not deliver 3.1 miles away as it’s a “ghetto area” & “outside of store’s radius” ONLY for me to drive to the literal ghetto itself. waked in, store was a complete hoarder mess. customer service was frantic and awkward. had trouble finding my food, etc. visible non communication between employees. this order’s ingredients is NOT something Mr. Papa John himself would be proud of. thin pizza was just terrible to taste, i picked it apart and just settled for the crust. garlic sticks were bland, 0 taste just huge and unsatisfactory dough of failure. . overall, food was just gawd awful terrible to say the VERY least. ordered extra peppers… dried out green mega raisins. oh my. i spent over 30 bucks for a carry out & ate about 2$ worth. shame on this location. never again.

Customer service here is horrible. First delivery driver delivered my order to the wrong address. Called to speak to a manager they never got on the phone. Crew member I did speak to was rude left me on hold for 40min. Will not be ordering here ever again. I will say that the second delivery person she was delightful very respectful. She went above and beyond to assure I got my order handed directly to me. I appreciate her.

Sorry- but pizza was cold very little ingredient's -on it nothing but hard warm bread-, the pizza made me sick- after I ate one slice . If I could say it was the worst pizza I ever had!

Second time in a row I've tried getting delivery. First time they canceled it because they were too busy. This time they claim my address doesn't exist because it isn't on Apple maps. Ya know, Google maps exists right? Rude, and obviously have no concept of the city they deliver in. Get Dominoes.

Still waiting over 2 hours for delivery despite pizza being marked ready within 25 mins of ordering. Only ordered one single cheese pizza and now tracker shows the delivery driver all the way across town delivering another order that probably waited that long too. Called the store 3 times to check on the order and eventually just to cancel it but no one answered. Online support just tells you to email… whole family is in bed now except me waiting up for a pizza we ordered at 7pm. Just pay the extra fee for DoorDash instead of letting Papa Johns employees (never) deliver your food.

The food is good. People are nice. Location feels safe. I dont mind going here to pick up

Dreadful. Ordered on regular Sunday night. Took over an hour to deliver less than half a mile away.Pizza was cold; actually ok but had to reheat.Everything else was straight trash. Burnt or tasteless. A step below frozen, prepackaged meals.Don’t waste your money or time.

Good pizza, but delivery times are always nearly an hour longer than they say and they frequently forget items. No one answers the phone when calling to follow up, or we get stuck in “on hold” for way too long.

I ordered the new Shaq pizza for my lunch break down at the Children's Hospital. It was a 45 min wait for the delivery which is about 5 min car ride (give or take). I gave two co-workers a slice & ate about half a slice myself before calling back because the pizza wasn't hot. The person on the other side of the phone was very condescending, & unaccommodating. So much to the point I hung up the phone & decided to air my grievances here. The food is usually good here ( haven't eaten there in 5 years) I suggest only doing carryout.
