Ate at the Potbelly Scotts Addition in Richmond,VA today (3/24/24). Food was great but they were unable to add the $46+ amount to my points account. Is there a way to add it later? There should be!

I made an order for a large group and the app ordering system really came in handy so that I could place the order and not worry about it again. I got the Mediterranean and wasn't expecting it to be as spicy as it was. It was barely warm. My sister said hers was cold. It made me feel like they probably made the order as soon as they got it instead of waiting a decent time to ensure it would still be hot when we picked it up. It was okay. Nothing to write home about.

We placed an order a couple hours in advance for a pick up later. The food was ready on time, but it was all cold. My sandwich tasted like it could have been good had I gotten it an hour before. The ingredients were nice, but the chicken was cold and everything was soggy by the time I got it.I'd give them a second shot, but only if I were dining in.

Absolutely terrible service and experience. This is what I ordered. A Pizza Melt. They made it all in front of me and I got ZERO meat. Very disappointed. They were also playing rap music the whole time. I basically paid 13 dollars for some cheese and lettuce. The quality was terrible as well. Jersey Mikes is wayyyyy better than this poverty sub chain. You also can't see how much of which toppings they are putting on, so you can't ask for extra or more of a topping. Also, the toppings are so limited. There's barely any options. I'd rather go to subway than here. At least Subway makes their bread fresh, this place takes it straight out of the bag. Terrible. Do not go here if you want a sandwich. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Today I had a rude encounter with an employee, after I was already told I could grab a cup he demanded to look at my receipt and that I pay. Before I could even answer he proceeded to snatch the cup back, speak with an attitude, then ignore me.

I've been to many Potbellies b4, but this location idk what are they doing, but their sandwiches is soooooo awesome!! Be cautious there's a huge chance you might get addicted to their subs like me!

Waited 20 minutes after the pick up time for food and watched them keep serving everyone in line with no sense of urgency for people waiting for mobile orders. The team made no conversation or apologies for the wait. Horrible location and not up to the standards of this franchise.

Waited 20 minutes after pick up time to get our food while watching everyone in line get their food first. No apologies or even conversation with was made by the staff. This negative experience makes me rethink ever visiting this franchise again and definitely NOT this location.

Absolutely awful customer service I walked in at 7:41 not knowing they where about to close, but seen them cleaning so I asked if they where open I was told yes, I go down to order just to hear someone call the cashier back in the kitchen, she came back an said “we can’t take cash” but you can pay card, she says this as seeing I have cash in my hand I clearly noticed I was a nuisance so I just left, I go here multiple times a week, and I can surely say I will not be back
