Man this place is the bomb. We had the margarita pizza and the precciuto arugula and they were amazing. Wait wasnt long at all and the service was great. I will say my only criticism is the mozzarella balls. They were good but you pay $5 and you get 5 little mozz balls. $1 a ball is crazy. They were good but i wouldnt pay that again for them. But the pizza was phenomenal. Definitely recommend!

If you're in search of a pizzeria with attentive waitstaff, friendly bartenders, and an overall hospitable atmosphere, this is regrettably not the place for you. From the moment I entered, it was evident that the establishment lacked the warmth and attentiveness typically associated with a dining experience. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and inattentive, failing to provide even basic courtesy throughout the meal. While the quality of the pizza itself may have been satisfactory and good, the overall experience was marred by subpar customer service. For those seeking a complete dining experience that extends beyond just food quality, I would caution against patronizing "Pupatella". There are certainly other establishments in the area that offer a more welcoming and attentive environment for enjoying a delicious pizza. In summary, if you prioritize excellent customer service alongside your dining experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. "Pupatella" falls short in delivering the whole package, leaving much to be desired for those seeking a memorable and enjoyable meal out.

It takes a lot for me to write a poor review but this pizza was the most overrated food I’ve ever experienced. Very little flavor. I went to the Richmond location with several people and we were baffled by Pupatella’s glowing reputation. Service and atmosphere were fine but their pizza (we each ordered different pizzas) was awful.

Have been eating this pizza ever since discovered them a few years back. Sucks that there second location seems to be closed, as it was easier to go there. Also would prefer if you could submit a pick up order directly on their website, but it’s not such a big deal.I think prices for the size and quality are reasonable especially considering the prices for everything nowadays

Having lived in Italy for a couple of years, I can confidently say that the pizza here is incredibly authentic and delicious! Every friend I brought here has loved it too. It would be great if the managers could focus on improving their marketing and enhancing the atmosphere, as the pizza quality is already outstanding. I highly recommend the Margherita and mushroom ones.

Exceptionally busy on a Friday night. This is pizza that thinks too much and tries too hard. Certainly not worth the wait.Way too much sauce and too little anything else. We'll leave this to the college crowd.Parking: Tiny, uneven lot.. my guess is most business is walk in

Two of us showed up about 45 minutes before closing on a Sunday, and had excellent service and food!We got the appetizer sampler, which was the perfect size to split and get to have at least one bite of each fried ball of deliciousness. One meatball pizza, and one mushroom pizza, both delicious and unique in flavor. Pupatella had an offer for $10 off any bottle of wine with 2 pizzas, so we opted to go that route. Quite lovely all around! I can see this spot easily becoming a favorite stop.

Pizza = good. Brussels sprouts with apples = maybe a little too heavy on the apples but good. Mozzarella balls = $6 for 5 tiny balls?!?! Not good.

Extremely frustrating that your Uber eats page doesn't explicitly state that the pizzas are small. Like four slices small. Completely ruined our dinner plans with friends. Paid $86 for 12 slices of pizza. So absolutely frustrated. Pizza is soggy and sad. Extremely over priced. Angry and disappointed to say the least.
