The food was typical Chinese food. This was my first time eating here, maybe my last only because I try not to eat a lot of processed foods if I can avoid it. It wasn't horrible, but it was conveniently located on Jefferson Davis near the base.
Since leaving PA last year...my hubby and I were seriously distraught at the lack of "Chinese" food. Most of the time, if someplace has it...it is a deep fried grease ball with rice. This restaurant (as bad as it looks) is AMAZING! Even their crab cakes (I know...not Chinese food...but that is kinda their thing) are very tasty.The place looks scary...but MAN THEIR FOOD! Go! Now!

This is a staple and a true landmark just as Whataburger is and deserves AOG status as well also they have a red House 2 which I believe has the old traditions as well kept as the original and if not better with the food because of the fresh eyes and bodies cooking it up over there also direct descendants relatives of this red house staple but nevertheless if you're in for Chinese this is a no doubt no brainer always consistentParking: Old traditional and never changing always...read full review
