One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life. Our server didn’t bring us silverware, so when the food arrived, we had to sit there and watch it get cold until we could finally get ahold of someone. I suppose it didn’t matter to much that it got cold because part of order was messed up/incorrect/missing. I ordered the basic crab legs, and unfortunately half of every leg I cracked open was empty, might as well just burn $30 instead of spending it here on crab.

Initially we had a bad experience, but we were offered a chance to come back and have them make it right…AND DID THEY!!??!! ABSOLUTELY! The new general manager, Serenity was the ABSOLUTE BEST! She was VERY POLITE, PATIENT AND ACCOMMODATING. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! I have NEVER had such wonderful service! To anyone who has had not so good service, NOW that she’s there, GO.. CHECK her out! We APPRECIATED her so much! She was very personable and attentive! We will definitely be returning, thanks to her!Thanks Serenity!

Excellent place to dine for all who love seafood. Reasonably priced, cooked to perfection and clean spacious booths which allows for privacy. My favorite seafood restaurant!!! Would recommend it to everyone.
Worst service ever. Never had a refill even tho the server kept coming to tell us we need a refill then disappeared every time. Did not ring in our food so the server was just grabbing food from the back. Missing items that i had to ask for. It wasn't even busy on Sunday march 3 2024 at 12 pm. The lady served us named started with a D. Diedra? There was no manager on duty and it was only 5 tables max with people seated. DO Better. Broad Street for the win. I just wanted to give White Oak a chance hoping for a ok service. I will be reaching out to talk to a manager because they can definitely do better

Shrimp alfredo Pasta, as well as baked potato, was extra dry. Sauces in containers were watery and tasteless. Customer service for a curb side pickup was wonderful. However, they need to work on the food because I ordered when they first open and it's no reason the food should have been bad.
Server never came to the table. This is the 3rd bad service in a row, and the last time I'll go.

I visited this location on Jan.23,2024 and the service was horrible although our sever was very nice they gave me uncooked lobster when asked to speak to a manger she refused to come talk to me. I called corporate and they had someone reach out. The general manger Serenity gave me a call Feb.7 and I loved her positive attitude she was very apologetic and offered me to come back so I can be treated the right way and remake all my food for me and she did just that. She even went above and waited for me to come so she can meet me and make sure my service was proper and I couldn’t thank her enough. If you woulda asked me would I go back before she called I woulda told you NO! But after speaking and getting everything the right way I will definitely be back! Thanks again Serenity I will see you again soon! I attached pictures so you can see what I got on the 23rd and what I got on the 7th
