Inside was clean. Staff was friendly. The cashier Sharon or Shannon with blonde hair was courteous, polite, attentive, and patient when helping me with my order. Great location right off the highway. Food was good too. Didnt take long. Was hot when given to me. Thanks agian.

The woman at the register was lovely. There was nothing wrong with my order or my food. I ordered through the app, there were no issues. I payed less than $8 for a whole cravings box. Maybe these other whining customers picked the wrong shift, and they definitely don’t know how to spend. Anyway, today is a Saturday just a heads up, better service those days I guess I’m not from around here
I went there last march of 2023, I regret taking my family member -P.M and my you am not from the area I came to visit to get business done and we went to that Taco Bell there I ordered him food and myself food he claim to me and them and showed me the taco had fake meat or something wrong with it and the total cost of the food was like if I can recall correctly like $13 bucks more or less due to Inflation he reorder the same food he so the same result he threw it the garbage I didn't care at the point I was running out of funds away so I had to eat my own meal anyways, I realized till later there was a Wawa 1.3 miles away we should of went there, I went there when I left the city to go back home, nothing against the employees of the franchise, just a food issue, that is all over and out, i should of left this review last year not now but my experience of this memory pop up now.

I don't do Taco Bell much because of prices. They no longer have the shredded chicken quesadilla which I loved. But they had the three cheese shredded chicken flatbread which I ordered. It was good- just not enough shredded chicken in the flatbread. Not enough inside portions to match the size and thickness of the flatbread.. otherwise okay. It has enough flavor for me to get that product again- might have to ask them to double up on the portions

Usually the staff is super friendly, especially the one lady who is always at the drive thru window. However, today I placed a mobile order and was told to come back in 5 mins by the manager because they had a large order ahead of me. What sense does it make to order ahead just to be told to come back? Now I’m currently back at the speaker and they told me they gave my order to someone else and have to remake it. SERIOUSLY?!
"Went to pickup my food they originally said they didn't have the order then after going back and forth 25 minutes later someone comes in with the wrong order which was mine then they acknowledge I had an order so then they remake my order another almost 20 minutes they leave 3 things out and had hair in my Mexican pizza box and then they wouldn't answer the phone when I called them I do not recommend this is Christmas eve at that"

Ordered the Chalupa meal on dine in. One of my Chalupa shells was hard, it was replaced with ease and no push back. So overall, can't complain. The visit was pleasant and the food was good.
