The atmosphere is cute and charming, but it can get quite busy and you might have a hard time finding a seat, but as long as the weather is nice there are plenty of spaces to sit down along the greenway! The only other thing to consider is the severe lack of parking. There are a few spots next to the building, but they are usually always full, and the business across the street does not take kindly to people parking in their lot.Parking: The parking is very limited and the lot across the street is not keen on letting people park there. Recommendation is to park and walk a little ways if you are able!”

“one of the nicest vegan places ive eaten at, staff is super friendly and kind, everything is vegan (including what the food gets fried in), super accommodating as well. i hope to see this business continue to grow, the quality of the food was great as well. i had the mac daddy burger and some chili cheese tots. i was a big fan of chili cheese anything before going vegan and this place and they did it perfectly. ive eaten here a couple of times and theyre great, was my first time going inside today, highly recommend.”

They cleaned up and packed up all leftovers for us, labeling everything. They even called after the event to see if we had any feedback to share. I’ve had them forget some items in the past but it happens so rarely and they generally display enough care, that it doesn’t bother me when it happens, we’re all human. The app sends push notifications all of the time about “rewards” and thank you’s from the company. I’ve never had an even close to negative experience with Chick-fil-A. Many other companies should follow suit.Parking: There are a lot of spots! The parking area can seem intimidating at first due to how the lot is set up, but everything is clearly marked.”

“This was our first time trying this chain. We are driving from Charlotte, NC to New Jersey, and found this place in Roanoke, VA. We loved the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Hot Dogs, Spicy Chicken Strips, Fries, Onion Rings (They were not greasy, which was a big thumbs up), Hush Puppies, and Fries. I guess they were short handed because the young girl that came around the corner was removing gloves, packed out sandwiches, packed our cold fries, delivered the food, took the payment and then made our drinks. “I am giving 5 stars because this little deli shop is not trying to be anything else but a humble breakfast and lunch place with freshly prepared sandwiches. They get bagels from Brooklyn. So far I have tried the bagel sandwich that included lox, cream cheese, onion, caper, and tomato; a turkey sandwich; and a roast beef sandwich with bright pink rare roast beef, cheddar, and horseradish mayo; and of course bagel with schmear (cream cheese). The breakfast bagel sandwiches are so tasty that my guy goes about once a week. The restaurant is very small so lots of their business is takeout.”

“It's in a multi business strip mall. This place is on the right side on the right corner near the hair salon. It's the plaza immediately after Cuban island. Parking is pretty full so I recommend coming on an off time. Friendly staff but they weren't very helpful with explaining things. Apparently you take a form and fill it out and take it to the register to order. For that reason, I don't think it's exactly table side service. And then you go back after eating to pay... would make more sense to pay when you order and pay again if there's anything additional. Doesn't make it convenient for disabled persons. The handicapped seating is in the back and the seats are pushed very close to the table on the opposite end so anyone sitting with a disabled patron will need to keep that in mind. The chairs don't adjust and it's a very tight fit for any normal sized adult to squeeze into and out of. Decent portion size. I didn't particularly care for the meat but it was much better than Viet Sub location in Roanoke on the opposite end of Williamson. The noodles were Al dente and the broth was on the oily side. The broth was also warm and not hot. There are only 2 choices of condiments. No water, only bottled water for purchase. Everything comes in a recycle container. I got the beef broth with several cuts of beef. Small portion of the veggies and herbs. I would come back but I do think there's room for improvement. I think it would be helpful to put a sign to let people know what they're supposed to do when they walk in instead of them standing at the doorway waiting to be seated or walking to the counter and grabbing the menu( why bother if you have to use the form?) before sitting down. I give the place a 3.9 and rounded it up to a 4. Food is a 3.75/5, service is a 3.5/5.”

Amanda the service manager was wonderful and not only professionally addressed the issue of a HORRIBLE child/difficult family in general, sitting in the adjacent booth but she stood and talked with us for a few minutes ensuring we were still enjoying our anniversary and that it was sullied by those abrasive people. Plates, silverware, etc but not served on the dish.- You pay in advance before receiving your meal.I'm not sure why this is, only that you should know in advance.They do a lot of delivery. At least 10 Door Dash carriers came in. We were the only people "eating in".*THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS!!
