When u say "extra," they act like they do not hear u and don't want to put extra topping on your order, Lol. Seems that way at every chipotle. I'm not sure if they don't want to go to the back for refills or what. Other than their poor listening skills, everything is great!
Been living in Roanoke my whole life, 25 years. Today I was told that a chicken burrito with guac added is somehow $14.07. And this time (B)oe (J)iden wasn't specifically to blame. Been going to this location since it was built. I jog by it on a regular basis. The staff have NEVER before "B.S.ed" me at this location like they did today.

Parking lot is typically very busy and so is this business. I typically order online and pick it up and I've always had to wait 10 or 15 minutes or more for my food at the towers location. I started ordering at the Tanglewood location no wait and can use the drive through never have to get out.
