Four of us stopped in for lunch on October 2,2019, We got one dozen male steamed blue crabs, one seafood platter, one shrimp platter and one oyster platter. Never ever judge a book by its cover. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the food from here. My daughter and I were in Roanoke VA for a road trip. We wanted to try some local food so we went here for dinner. I ordered the shrimp po' boy and my daughter ordered the crab cake sandwich which she really liked. My sandwich was delicious! It had a shrimp, tomatoes, lettuce, and tartar sauce in a light and fluffy hoagie bun. It was filling and flavorful. It's located in a strip mall near the freeway and isn't fancy. I just had one of the best oyster po'boys I have ever had. Will definitely be back. The fish is super fresh. There seems to be just one woman, probably not named Peter, who does everything from table service to all the cooking. It's my kind of place. Can't wait for soft shell crab season.
