I went into the towers store to order a 4 inch tuna sub. I was told that only came in turkey and she called out one more. I said I come in here all the time and the one on 419 location and i always got the 4 inch sub .the lady was going to do it for me the manger came out and said that does not come in a 4 inch she was very unprofessional and rude about the issue i ask to speak to her boss she wrote a number on a plastic wrap papper with no name on it gave it to me. Fresh food, and very clean. The parking lot could use more light especially since it's in an area where homeless normally gather. ( Cross the street at Kroger ) The staff are a little slow fixing the food and complain a good bit about other customers and online ordering that is why I gave 4 stars not 5. Other than that great place to eat! I do recommend coming here.

It really depends on the employees working at the time you choose to drop in. You'll either have the best sandwich you've ever eaten, or you'll get something hastily slopped together that ends up being just meh.
